MCA Realty

We were approached by Cushman & Wakefield to help bring life and character to a new warehouse for MCA Realty in Carlsbad.

Working closely with the MCA team, we designed a large-scale mural inspired by the movement of water. Flowing forms and rich blue tones create a sense of calm and motion, transforming what is typically a utilitarian warehouse wall into a striking visual moment.

The mural adds personality and beauty to the space, demonstrating how thoughtful design can elevate even the most understated structures. This project stands as one of our largest installations to date and a powerful example of art activating the built environment.
